As a Office Manager, you will guide clients through every stage of the property journey. You’ll work closely with homeowners, buyers, investors, and our internal team to provide expert advice, market insights, and personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential and investment property sales from listing to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Conduct property valuations and market analysis.
- Develop tailored marketing strategies for property listings.
- Organize and lead property viewings and client meetings.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Stay informed about local market trends and regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to maximize property exposure.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial real estate.
- Proven track record of successful property sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of the Berlin property market.
- Fluent German and professional English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven mindset.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
